Governance

The Goulds Elite Hockey League is governed by a Board of Governors, comprised of nine dedicated volunteers representing various aspects of the league's operations and membership. These include four Member Club Governors, a Player Representative, a Staff Referee, a Finance Representative, and two League Representatives. Together, they ensure the smooth and fair management of the league, guided by the league Constitution and Bylaws. These foundational documents provide the framework for all decisions and actions taken by the board, ensuring transparency and accountability. In addition to the Board, our league operates with several operational departments, handling the league's day-to-day operations, including everything from game operations to player safety, ensuring a top-quality experience for all participants.
